M-F 8-5, on call premium: on call every other week The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive. This position participates in on-call emergency for evening, weekends, and Holidays, and pays a premium rate of pay for each call out. AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
