Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Manager, where you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance services with energy and precision. In this vital role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the lube and oil change department, ensuring that every vehicle receives top-quality service while fostering a motivated, customer-focused environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, making a tangible difference in our customers' driving experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the lube and oil change department, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery Lead a team of technicians in performing oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance with enthusiasm and attention to detail Ensure all tools, including hand tools and power tools, are properly maintained and used safely during service procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, addressing questions, and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Manage inventory levels of lubricants, filters, tires, and other essential parts to keep operations running smoothly Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff Requirements Valid N.C. Drivers License Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive service operations Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and tire services Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required for automotive servicing Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a team.

Scheduleing employees and maintaining labor rate. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks associated with vehicle maintenance Knowledge of automotive sales of products.
