Job Description

Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager for their newly established manufacturing facility in Mocksville, North Carolina. Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for meeting customer requirements and maintaining quality standards in production operations. Supervise and enforce company policies to ensure consistent quality and recordkeeping. Provide training to staff on production processes, procedures, and quality controls. Enforce safety and quality programs within the facility. Monitor plant equipment and systems to minimize issues. Analyze data and recommend improvements in plant operations. Assist with technical troubleshooting and repairs of equipment. Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule. Communicate operational procedures and safety requirements to personnel. Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with support groups to ensure operational requirements are met. Promote high standards and lead by example. This role requires a proactive leader to manage maintenance operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in maintenance is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervision experience. Knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. Proficient in using diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with CMMS is a plus. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
