AB_4993764 We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Supervisor to lead our industrial maintenance team, oversee plant machinery, and maximize production uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians and outside contractors. Maintain and improve preventative maintenance (PM) programs and mechanical integrity. Troubleshoot equipment failures, interpret blueprints, and manage maintenance purchases. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and site safety protocols.

Requirements:

5+ years of Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance experience. Background in a regulatory or heavily audited industry. Excellent aptitude in electronics and PLC troubleshooting. Proficient with MS Office and Maintenance Work Order systems.

Preferred:

3-5 years of supervisory experience or a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
