MOST POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND AN ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK

Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat Operate hand tools and machinery for various grounds maintenance activities. Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment safely. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Experience with irrigation systems is a plus. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
