We are currently hiring Crew Leaders, Supervisors, and Laborers to assist with a variety of lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance projects. Whether you have experience leading a crew or are looking to build your skills in the landscaping industry, we'd love to hear from you. We're seeking team members who take pride in their work, are reliable, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and clean-up Assist with landscape installations, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and general property maintenance Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment, hand tools, and power equipment Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule Crew Leaders and Supervisors will oversee daily job activities, provide direction to team members, ensure quality workmanship, and communicate with management regarding job progress Assist with seasonal services, including snow removal and other outdoor projects as needed Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Requirements (Must Have) Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and complete work safely and efficiently Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor maintenance Leadership or supervisory experience (for Crew Leader and Supervisor positions) Experience operating commercial lawn care equipment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Supportive team environment Consistent, full-time work Hands-on training and professional development
