We are looking for a Multi-Family Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role will consist of maintaining a total of 160 units. Applicant must be a team player, Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance experience a plus, be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Experience in carpentry and general maintenance, CPO and CFC Certifications required or be willing to obtain those licenses. Weekends and on call required. Responsibilities:

Maintain community grounds clean and free of trash Complete all work in a timely manner without sacrificing quality of work Maintain resident retention through preventative maintenance, work orders and turns. Maintain and track all community assets Respond to all after-hour emergency calls Respond to resident service calls in a timely manner The use of electronic devices for the tracking and logging of work orders and daily email management. Maintain a professional behavior and effectively communicate with vendors and residents.

Education and Experience:

Must have a valid driver's license Previous make-ready experience HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing experience are required
