This opportunity is ideal for an electrical professional with strong experience managing service teams, electrical projects, and customer relationships. The strongest candidates will understand both the technical and business sides of electrical service operations, including estimating, project execution, scheduling, profitability, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing electrical service departments, managing field personnel, building relationships with customers and contractors, and driving operational success. Join an established electrical contractor with long-term growth opportunities Lead and grow a successful electrical service operation Manage impactful commercial and industrial electrical projects Work with experienced construction professionals and leadership teams Opportunity to influence operational performance and business growth Please apply here or email your resume to Remishka Pillay at remishka@atalnt.com Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the electrical service department Ensure service projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably Oversee estimating, bidding, design-build proposals, and project planning Manage projects from award through completion, including scheduling, purchasing, billing, change orders, and closeout Monitor project profitability, labor productivity, budgets, and job performance Review and approve estimates within authorized limits Coordinate materials, subcontractors, equipment, and project resources Prepare job status reports, project updates, and financial documentation Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for service technicians and field personnel Monitor labor utilization, productivity, equipment usage, and job-site performance Conduct job-site visits to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Maintain compliance with company policies, safety programs, and construction standards Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, commercial clients, and property owners Identify opportunities to grow the service division and expand customer relationships Stay informed on local construction activity and market opportunities Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Required:

Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction or electrical service management experience Experience leading electrical service operations, projects, or field teams Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical construction and service work Experience with estimating, bidding, project management, scheduling, and budgeting Understanding of job costing, labor productivity, and financial performance Ability to manage multiple projects and service teams simultaneously Strong customer relationship and communication skills Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software Valid driver's license with ability to travel to customer and job sites Preferred Qualifications Experience managing an electrical service department Design-build estimating experience Experience overseeing multiple service technicians and service projects Knowledge of electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and construction safety standards State or local electrical licenses or certifications, where applicable
