We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to help lead our maintenance team across our portfolio. This leadership role centers on guiding, training, and empowering our maintenance technicians to deliver outstanding service, maintain high property standards, and support resident satisfaction and retention. • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks with a maintenance Team
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Construction and remodel projects
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Highly Skilled experience in maintenance/construction or a related field
• Strong construction aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and meet company insurance standards. Demonstrated ability to guide a team toward consistent, high-quality results. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Comfortable handling challenging situations professionally with team members, residents, or vendors. Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, verbal).
