Crew Leader - Lawn Care & Snow Removal (Year-Round Position)
Location:
Bennet, NE Lawn One is seeking a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position focused on lawn care during the green season and snow removal in the winter months. We provide professional lawn care services to residential and commercial clients using first-rate equipment and proven practices. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability, and outstanding customer service. As a Crew Leader, you will play a key role in leading a field team, maintaining properties to the highest standards, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities Safely drive and operate a company truck and trailer to and from job sites Lead, train, and supervise crew members to ensure efficient daily operations Maintain residential and commercial properties to the highest quality standards Properly operate and care for lawn care equipment and tools Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Make sound, real-time decisions to address property needs and unexpected challenges Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site Ensure all company safety procedures and guidelines are followed at all times Services Provided Mowing Trimming Blowing Aeration Landscape Maintenance Snow Removal Requirements Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Previous outdoor work experience required Availability to work 40-50 hours per week during the green season Monday through Friday work schedule (weather permitting) Crew Leader experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Team player with leadership abilities Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving a truck and trailer required Previous lawn care or related outdoor industry experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits $25-$30 per hour, based on experience Year-round employment Performance-based raises Years-of-service bonus Benefits available Opportunities for advancement If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself thriving in this role, please submit your resume with your past work experience and contact information.
