ADVISORSales Driven Customer Focused Monday-Friday Auto Quality Sales & Service is looking for an A-Player Service Advisor to join our team. This is not just a service writer position. We need someone who is excellent at sales, AMAZING with customers, confident, professional, and driven to succeed. This is not a job that you can coast through the day. This role is extremely important to our business. Your primary responsibility is to professionally present and sell the repairs and services recommended by our technicians while helping customers feel comfortable and confident about the money they are investing in their vehicle. We want our customers to understand the value behind their repairs — not feel pressured into them.

Strong sales ability and confidence asking for the sale Exceptional customer service Ability to build trust quickly Comfortable discussing repair costs and recommendations Professional communication by phone, text, and in person Organized and able to manage a busy shop Positive, dependable, and motivated Team player who takes ownership and wants to succeed Sales and outstanding customer service are must-haves for this position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Review technician inspections and recommendations Present estimates and recommended repairs to customers Sell maintenance and repair services Explain repairs clearly and professionally Obtain customer authorization Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians to keep jobs moving Follow up on declined repairs and future maintenance

$60,573.80 - $100,000.00 per year
