Job Description

Janssen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in North Platte is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to run a busy automotive service department, take care of customers, lead a team, and drive performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support our service advisors and technicians Manage daily shop workflow and scheduling Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Monitor department sales, gross profit, labor hours, and productivity Work with technicians and advisors to improve efficiency and communication Oversee warranty processes and repair order quality Recruit, train, coach, and develop service department employees Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions Maintain manufacturer and dealership processes and standards Work directly with dealership leadership to continue growing the department

What We're Looking For:

Automotive service management or strong service advisor experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a fast-paced service operation Understanding of dealership service department financials and performance metrics Strong customer service skills Organized, dependable, and accountable Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$70,000-$90,000+ annual earning potential, based on experience and department performance.
