What You'll Do:

Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products Assist in the appraisal of repair orders coming into the Service Department Review of repair orders for accuracy and completeness Direct and assist in the diagnosis of machine problems of technicians and apprentices and assist in their development Fill in for the Service Manager in their absence May approve the release of equipment for delivery to the customer Assist other technicians with unresolved issues and is viewed as an expert on diagnostics Has a strong understanding of how to use Service Center, regularly submits well-prepared DTAC Cases, and instructs peers on how to utilize Service Center and submit well-prepared

DTAC Cases Serves Lead Service Technician What You Bring:
