Job Description

Building Maintenance Supervisor
Our Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by ensuring our community is safe, well-maintained, and operating at its best. This position is responsible for overseeing building and grounds maintenance while leading the maintenance team to provide an exceptional living environment.
Responsibilities Oversee the routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds.
Coordinate services and projects with external contractors and vendors.
Lead, support, and supervise the maintenance department to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Qualifications 3--5 years of related experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a skilled trade.
Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality environment for residents.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence.
Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving materials and equipment.
