Our client, a Fortune 1000 manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians in a heavy machine driven Department. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, is an effective communicator with the ability to implement change which will align successfully in the organization.

$80k-$110k/yr + incentive Relocation assistance available What's the Job? Administer the preventive maintenance program for all production equipment. Organizes and controls the use of maintenance resources to improve maintenance costs and equipment reliability. Instills an orientation for safety, environmental compliance and quality service in all aligned personnel. Must be able to work in the Plant a minimum of 5 days per week and have ability to be on call as needed on off shift and weekends Continuously observes for proper operating of assigned equipment. Recommend new or improved machines, equipment, and facilities as required. What's Needed? Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience 2 years' of previous work experience in a leadership role Engineering knowledge and ability to understand engineering drawings. Technical and human-relations skills necessary to train, motivate and lead employees. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistic operations environment.
