Maintenance Manager Our Derry, NH client is actively seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team! Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager Supervise and coordinate all daily maintenance operations. Manage and prioritize work orders and emergency repairs. Oversee maintenance technicians and outside contractors. Inspect homes, lots, roads, utilities, and common areas to identify maintenance needs. Develop repair plans and assign work efficiently. Track maintenance budgets, spending, and inventory. Obtain vendor quotes and coordinate larger repair projects. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and project status reports. Respond professionally to resident maintenance concerns. Coordinate turnover and rehabilitation of vacant homes. Qualifications of the Maintenance Manager 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufactured housing, mobile homes, modular homes, multifamily housing, or property management. Previous supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Ability to read estimates, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple projects. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient with computers and maintenance management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Monday through Friday, full time on site.
