Maintenance Manager Location:

Lancaster, NH Schedule:

Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 7:30 AM - 4:00

Direct leadership of 6-8 technicians

Reports To:

Hiring ManagerRole Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant and office maintenance operations. In this role, you will maximize equipment uptime, direct a team of technicians, manage vendor relationships and department budgets, and serve as the Facility Sanitation Supervisor. (Position open due to relocation).

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate 6-8 maintenance technicians. Handle scheduling, reviews, and development.

Maintenance & CapEx:

Oversee Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs, manage department budget, and assist on capital expenditure/safety projects.

Vendor & Equipment Management:

Direct outside contractors, evaluate equipment upgrades, and align priorities with Production Managers.

Sanitation Oversight:

Act as Facility Sanitation Supervisor to enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and handle facility inspections.

Qualifications Experience:

5+ years in industrial maintenance/training (or Bachelor's degree equivalent) with proven supervisory experience. Looking for someone with at least 3 or 4 years in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

strong MS Office skills. Machining/electrical background preferred; familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, or packaging equipment (fillers, labelers, mixers) is a plus.

Abilities:

Trades & Software:
