. Service Manager Industrial Machinery

• Lebanon, NH Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing Production Line Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Fabrication Processing Packaging _. Direct technical and administrative support activities including repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades on Automated Production Line Machinery.
• Manage expense budgets and support revenue generation to achieve financial targets.
• Supervise service personnel including performance management; training; hiring; disciplinary actions; terminations; policy and program implementation; and similar management responsibilities.
• Manage customer relations in service and maintenance matters, including service requests, contractual services, emergencies, etc.
• Ensure company quality requirements are met.
