Join Our Team We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and hands-on Building Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, and proper operation of residential properties throughout the Monadnock Region of NH. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong problem-solving skills, and can confidently handle a variety of maintenance and repair needs while ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of residential properties. Perform and coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and general property improvements. Troubleshoot and address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other general repair needs. Ensure properties, systems, equipment, and common areas are safe and operating properly. Respond to maintenance needs and prioritize repairs effectively. Coordinate with contractors and outside vendors when specialized work is required. Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Help identify maintenance needs and develop plans to address repairs and ongoing property improvements. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, construction, facilities management, apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field preferred . Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining safe and quality residential environments. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
