142 E Main St Tilton Job Description GTM Landscaping and Renovations is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Lead and standard Lawn Maintenance technicians & Hardscape Technicians along with Snowplow Operators to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in lawn care, property maintenance, hardscaping and snowplowing who takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and clean-ups Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscaping features (patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, etc.) Assist with landscape construction and renovation projects Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized worksite Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Snow plowing commercial and residential Requirements Previous experience in lawn maintenance or Hardscapes (required) Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, compactors, etc.) Valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in various weather conditions Team-oriented with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience with paver installation and retaining wall systems Experience with grading and site prep Knowledge of irrigation systems Ability to work independently when needed Experience with landscaping mowing, line trimming, weeding etc.... commercial and residential Snow Plowing Foreman Experience a plus What We Offer Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Steady, consistent work Year-round positions Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional weekends as needed

Pay:
