Salary Pay:
$120,000 - $150,000We are a leading food manufacturer that brings joy to millions every day! We're passionate about quality, innovation, and creating products people love. We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Manager to join our team that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be DoingLead the plant's maintenance, engineering, and reliability functions with responsibility for uptime, asset health, and equipment performance.

Drive a proactive maintenance culture through PMs, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.

Manage maintenance supervisors, technicians, contractors, and technical resources while developing team capability and accountability.

Improve key reliability metrics including uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, downtime reduction, and OEE performance.

Oversee spare parts strategy, MRO inventory, maintenance planning, and Redzone utilization to improve maintenance effectiveness.

Partner with Operations and Engineering on capital projects, equipment upgrades, line startups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, safety, refrigeration, regulatory, and audit requirements.

What You Will Need For This Job5+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience in food, beverage, bakery, packaging, or other high-speed manufacturing environments.

Proven experience leading maintenance teams and building proactive reliability and preventive maintenance programs.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and equipment troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Experience improving uptime, reducing downtime, and managing reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and PM compliance.

Experience with CMMS platforms, maintenance planning, spare parts management, and MRO inventory control.

Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement experience.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
