Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will ensure the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your leadership will drive maintenance repair procedures, manage projects efficiently, and uphold safety regulations to create a safe and productive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise and management skills to maintain high standards of facilities management. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Manage facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Oversee maintenance repair procedures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques involving engineering troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and track turnkey. Lead projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct inspections of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC system repair, and plumbing system maintenance to identify issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities using Entrata. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management with strong team management skills. Extensive mechanical knowledge including mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, electrical experience (high voltage and low voltage), and plumbing system maintenance. Proficiency in managing facilities maintenance management software (CMMS) and using schematics for troubleshooting. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industrial maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear leadership and documentation purposes. Hands-on experience with engineering troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
