Maintenance & Reliability Manager - Bridgeton, NJ $130,000-$170,000/yr (DOE) | Full-time, on-site | Established beverage manufacturer Why join? A well-established beverage manufacturer is hiring a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead capital projects and drive reliability across a high-volume production site. This is a project-focused leadership role for someone who blends hands-on maintenance expertise with a proven project management background - planning, scoping, and delivering plant improvements end to end. Key responsibilities & Requirements Lead capital and equipment projects from scope and budget through installation, commissioning, and handover Build and own reliability and preventive maintenance strategy (CMMS, RCM) to maximize uptime Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and in full Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to drive continuous improvement in an SQF/GMP environment 5+ years in maintenance/reliability leadership plus demonstrated project management experience (capital projects, PMP or Lean/CI certification a plus); strong electrical, mechanical, PLC, and CMMS knowledge Benefits Project-led leadership role with real ownership of plant improvement Strong benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Investment in people, equipment, and long-term site growth Backing to scope and deliver meaningful capital projects Clear path to influence across the wider operation
