About the Role As a Maintenance Operations Lead, you will spearhead technical team performance and drive facility reliability through proactive leadership and strategic oversight. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing equipment uptime, fostering a culture of safety, and mentoring technical staff to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee site safety protocols and champion rigorous housekeeping standards, including 5S implementation, to maintain a secure work environment. Drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis on equipment failures and implementing effective corrective actions. Manage daily maintenance workflows, including work order prioritization and scheduling, to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to maintenance personnel, fostering a high-performance team culture. Collaborate with site leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage departmental resources, including labor and material costs. Serve as a primary point of contact for technical status updates, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders regarding equipment health and project timelines. Qualifications Required Skills Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification with at least 3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead team meetings. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical systems. Preferred Skills Prior experience in maintenance planning and scheduling roles. Solid understanding of business acumen, including contract management and financial oversight. Proven track record in building and maintaining positive client or customer relationships.
