• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory ```Skills```
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge and experience in facilities management
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and electrical schematics
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Project management skills to plan and execute maintenance projects
• Understanding of low voltage systems and logic controllers
• Ability to effectively supervise a team and provide guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions
