You know the sound of a toilet that's about to become a bigger problem. You can walk through a building and spot something that needs attention before a resident ever notices it. Goldberg Realty Associates is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to take ownership of a 94-unit apartment community in Englewood. You'll lead one maintenance team member, work closely with the Property Manager, and make sure the community stays safe, clean, well-maintained, and a great place for residents to call home.
