Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Shop Foreman to expand our hydraulic service department with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive the success of our service team. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the shop, including scheduling, workflow, and team supervision to maximize efficiency and productivity Lead and motivate service technicians and mechanics to deliver outstanding repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance services Oversee vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across various hydraulic systems. Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and providing transparent explanations of repair needs and costs Ability to research and read schematics to accurately order parts as needed Maintain accurate service writing documentation and manage auto repair orders efficiently Requirements Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience is highly desirable Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment and/or hydraulic diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures Experience working with service technicians on complex repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to perform accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a busy environment Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team of mechanics or technicians Join us as we drive excellence in the industry!
