Job Description This Maintenance Manager will be responsible for: Leading maintenance team across daily operations and shifts Performing routine maintenance and equipment repairs Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs Managing CMMS work orders and tracking performance Improving equipment uptime and reliability systems Establishing spare parts inventory systems Managing vendor and service provider relationships Supporting root cause and corrective action initiatives Enforcing safety procedures including lockout/tago MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
