We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support maintenance-related administrative and operational tasks. This includes scheduling repairs, coordinating maintenance staff, communicating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and obtain quotations for maintenance-related services and parts; evaluate pricing and process purchase orders and vendor payments in accordance with company procedures Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, service logs, and work orders Verify receipt of maintenance parts and materials; oversee proper storage and organization within designated inventory areas Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and coordinate replenishment to avoid operational disruptions Develop and maintain efficient parts storage systems to improve accessibility and control Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to collect operational data, including utility usage and equipment performance metrics Input, update, and manage maintenance and operational data within internal systems; analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports for management review Support administrative functions related to employee time and attendance tracking within the maintenance department Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to inspections, service agreements, and vendor contracts Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services, including negotiating contracts and managing service quality. Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with applicable safety regulations and internal company policies. Effective communication with maintenance technicians, managers, vendors, and other departments. Identifying opportunities for process improvement in maintenance operations and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or HVAC school training with 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical knowledge•understanding of basic maintenance principles, equipment operation, and safety regulations. Mechanical aptitude•understanding mechanical and electrical systems, equipment functions, and troubleshooting. Ability to handle up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Shifts:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM Overtime required as needed

Up to $23.00 per hour
