We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Shop Foreman to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a crew of up to 10, managing work flow, ensuring repaired motors, pumps, and generators are tested and run perfectly before delivery, ordering materials required for repair jobs, meeting with customers and vendors in person and on the phone, as well as training new employees. If you are an experienced electric motor shop foreman with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work and can handle a busy shop, we want to hear from you. Salary commensurate with with experience.

Responsibilities:

Process repair workflow through the shop Lead an experienced team of mechanics and winders Continue our track record of 100% perfection on all repairs Maintain a clean, safe work environment Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals Be able to make decisions and adapt to a constantly changing workflow

Qualifications :

5+ years experience as a foreman or 10+ years experience working in a motor shop Ability to communicate effectively, work with others, and lead a team Valid Driver's License Ability to work well under pressure Strong understanding of electric motor, pump, and generator operation Dedication to customer requirements and satisfaction
