We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team at Allaire Health Services in Morristown, NJ. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance and repair personnel to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed in a way that minimizes disruptions to our operations Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets our high standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including repairs, replacements, and modifications Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Why Work for Allaire Health Services?
