This is an excellent opportunity to lead a maintenance team, improve equipment reliability, drive preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement within a highly automated production environment. What You'll Do Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance technicians Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automated production equipment Drive preventative maintenance compliance and equipment reliability Monitor maintenance KPIs and reduce downtime through continuous improvement Partner with Production, Engineering and Quality to maximise plant performance Support root cause analysis and corrective actions Assist with PLC and controls troubleshooting Maintain CMMS records, work orders and maintenance documentation Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Experience managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience leading maintenance priorities in a production environment Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Experience Food manufacturing or USDA-regulated environment SQF or food safety systems PLC troubleshooting experience Automation and robotics experience Electrical certification or technical training Experience supporting highly automated production equipment Apply Click Apply or contact: Sean Mooney 215-999-6430 Commutable from: Swedesboro, Glassboro, Deptford, Woodbury, Mullica Hill, Penns Grove, Vineland, Wilmington, Newark, Cherry Hill and Philadelphia.
