Landscape Maintenance Manager Twin Resources is a large, high-end design/build construction firm specializing in landscape construction and maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking Landscape Maintenance Area Manager to continue and bring new business to the Maintenance department within the NY/NJ Metro Areas. Candidate will be responsible for the management of crews, properties as well as the preparation of estimates, proposals, material and labor needs. Applicants must exhibit strong leadership skills and be capable of managing multiple accounts and clients. Responsibilities and Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop schedule and routing of crews Schedule material deliveries and pickups with dispatching team Coordinate irrigation and lighting repairs and maintenance Promote landscape enhancements by means of seasonal flowers and decor. Create, present, and close proposals to prospective clients. Follow-up with clients on a regular basis to obtain additional work and confirm satisfaction with the work performed. Performs site visits and documents areas of proposed work with plans, photos, and details necessary to bid and install work. Communicate with accounting and purchasing departments to ensure materials and billing are assigned and sent. Assist with each project as required by project manager and/or client

Qualifications and Skills:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience/knowledge in Landscape Maintenance. Exceptional client-service skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of Spanish is highly preferred.
