Responsibilities Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager Verify and approve all time tickets, flat and hourly employees Verify and approve all payable statements prior to submission to the accounting department Close and finalize Recon Orders and assure correct postings prior to submission Oversee and control and verify all processes are being followed by the following: Parts personnel Customer Service Advisers Data Entry Person Inventory Manager Detail Shop Manager Technicians Porters Detailers Photographer Review and confirm closed RO's for correct postings Inspect Recon Vehicles and complete estimates to make build decisions with the Store Manager Verify and approve all time tickets, flat and hourly employees Verify and approve all payable statements prior to submission to the accounting department Close and finalize Recon Orders and assure correct postings prior to submission
