Red Trim Painting Services is looking for an experienced Painting Crew Leader who can take responsibility for the job site and deliver professional results. This is not just another painting position. We are looking for someone who can lead.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As a Crew Leader, you will be expected to: Lead and organize the painting crew on assigned projects Review the project scope and understand what needs to be completed Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule Maintain professional communication with customers Make sure preparation and painting meet company standards Keep the job site organized and professional Identify problems early and communicate them before they affect the project Help maintain productivity and accountability within the crew We make an effort to properly scope and prepare projects before the crew arrives so you have a clear understanding of the work instead of walking into an unorganized job. You will also be working with a team that is expected to meet company standards. If a crew member consistently does not perform, management will address the issue instead of expecting the Crew Leader to carry the entire crew.

PAY & OPPORTUNITY

$25-$35 per hour Pay is based on experience, leadership, productivity, quality of work, and overall job performance. This is not simply a flat-rate position where everyone earns the same regardless of performance. Crew Leaders who consistently run successful projects and take on more responsibility have the opportunity to earn more. As the company grows, additional leadership opportunities may become available. Strong Crew Leaders will be considered first for those positions.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience Previous experience leading or managing painting projects preferred Ability to communicate in English Additional languages are a plus Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Comfortable with occasional roof access when required Reliable and able to report to job sites on time Able to work effectively with a crew and communicate professionally with customers Ability to
