As a Stanco - Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with OT What's the Job? Perform routine maintenance on metal stamping, laser, turret, and paint line equipment Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures Strong work ethic and dependability Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment What's in it for me?
