Job Summary We are seeking an experienced maintenance person for a year round position. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Lead a team of maintenance technicians. Facilitate in providing great guest experiences by promptly resolving guest concerns and having a positive attitude. Conduct inspections of facilities to prevent issues before they impact operations. Requirements Strong communication skills for team leadership and collaborating with other departments. Proficiency in project management practices to oversee multiple maintenance projects simultaneously. Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance procedures. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues. Knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance operations.
