Responsibilities Lead and perform repairs and maintenance on heavy and medium-duty fleet Serve as the subject matter expert for diagnostics and troubleshooting Develop and manage a proactive preventative maintenance program Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet safety and compliance standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop Provide management with updates on repair trends, delays, and fleet readiness Mentor and develop team members Maintain accurate repair documentation. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
