RYCOE Enterprises is hiring a Medium & Heavy Duty Fleet Shop Foreman to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs on our heavy and medium-duty fleet. We are looking for someone to be proactive and use their knowledge for continued advancement of themselves and the company. Responsibilities Lead and perform repairs and maintenance on heavy and medium-duty fleet Serve as the subject matter expert for diagnostics and troubleshooting Develop and manage a proactive preventative maintenance program Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet safety and compliance standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop Provide management with updates on repair trends, delays, and fleet readiness Mentor and develop team members Maintain accurate repair documentation. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 5 years medium and heavy duty repair experience Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capability Prior leadership or team oversight experience Strong organizational and communication skills Valid NYS Driver's License (CDL a plus) Extensive knowledge of safe and efficient use of industry tools A professional who takes pride in doing things the right way Why Join Our Team? $100,000- $120,000 (based on experience) State of the Art Service Truck Relocation Package Available Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-paid Life & Short-Term Disability 401(k) with Company Match PTO & Paid Holidays On-site Employee Gym Ongoing training and professional development
