Building Services SupervisorHelp Others to
Properly dispose of trash. Stock bathrooms\kitchens with proper supplies/paper products. Report any broken equipment (Toilets, faucets, dispensers, etc.) to the Business Manager.
One year supervisory experience preferred.
Valid NY State drivers license.

We are searching for a Building Services Supervisor in our Hauppauge location to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a healthy and clean environment. Some of your responsibilities will include: Manage a workforce of 3-5 individualsMaintain timesheets for your crewManage chemical mixing dispensersCustomer relationsGeneral Cleaning Services for Office spaces (vacuuming, mopping, empty waste baskets, etc.) Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, and high occupancy areas.Properly dispose of trash. Stock bathrooms\kitchens with proper supplies/paper products. Report any broken equipment (Toilets, faucets, dispensers, etc.) to the Business Manager.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years cleaning/maintenance experience.One year supervisory experience preferred.
Valid NY State drivers license.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Continual standing and walking during shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
