Maintenance / Facilities WCD Warehouse is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of our warehouse facility, equipment, and building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Accounting Analyst Supervisor with daily volume, weekly reports, and monthly reports. Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DCComplete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Order office products for DC and become the main contact for these vendors Facilitate the standardization of all DC's operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives Review staffing agency invoices Work directly with Accounting Analyst Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager, and All levels of DC Management Extensive data entry projects Payroll experience needed. (Paychex software) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience, preferably in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and building maintenance. Experience managing preventive maintenance programs. Ability to diagnose problems, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions. Previous experience supervising maintenance employees and contractors. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience using maintenance/work-order systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment. Experience with conveyor systems, forklifts, dock equipment, pallet racking, compactors, or other warehouse equipment. OSHA/safety training or relevant maintenance certifications. Electrical or HVAC experience/certification. Experience managing maintenance budgets and outside service providers. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work around warehouse equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift and move maintenance-related materials and tools. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and operating equipment. Ability to safely work at heights when required and use appropriate fall-protection equipment. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
