Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, this role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports production goals, minimizes equipment downtime, and promotes a strong safety culture throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct maintenance technicians to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency. Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and reduce downtime. Maintain maintenance records, logs, work orders, and CMMS data. Analyze downtime reports and develop action plans to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate maintenance activities with production, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Assist with maintenance employee training, performance management, and development. Support spare parts inventory management and maintenance-related purchasing activities. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
