High SchoolResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities Operations & Downtime Reduction:

Direct technicians to ensure all machinery (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, utility systems) operates safely and reliably to meet production schedules. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop, track, and execute cost-effective PM procedures, site-specific maintenance logs, and continuous improvement initiatives to extend equipment life.

Team Supervision & Training:

Supervise maintenance personnel, assist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, manage work assignments, and train staff on equipment SOPs and facility protocols.

Inventory & Vendor Management:

Estimate spare part inventory requirements, prepare purchasing requisitions within budget, and coordinate with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and vendors.

Data Analysis & Administration:

Analyze downtime reports to create actionable efficiency plans, schedule worker hours, and maintain close communication with executive leadership and HR.
