This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Supervises all members of the facility's property department. The Property Director directs the maintenance, cleaning and improvement operations of the branch facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance and related administrative duties (payroll, budgets, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Two year degree in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing OR HVAC discipline OR HS degree/GED with 3-5 years' experience in cleaning and building trades. Basic knowledge of computers. Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
