We are a Commercial and Residential HVAC service provider looking for an enthusiastic and results driven HVAC Manager in Westchester County NY; responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Service department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and technician management.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during a service/installation. Conduct regular field inspections and ride-alongs to ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols. Monitor technician workload, performance metrics, and job completion to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supervise, train, and support HVAC technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of HVAC service experience 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role preferred Valid Driver's license and ability to meet company's motor vehicle policy
