Benefits Duties:

Become the ultimate problem-solver for clients, coordinators, vendors, and accounting. Actively manages their Individual Follow-Up Queue, prioritizing work orders for timely resolution. Orchestrate a seamless workflow by assigning work orders strategically. Build strong vendor relationships to secure crucial updates, quotes, and assets. Secures competitive rates and prices for labor and materials through vendor negotiations. Keep clients informed and engaged with regular work order updates. Streamline client communication by managing distribution emails, obtaining approvals, and processing quotes efficiently. Ensure weekend calls are handled smoothly, and work orders are distributed seamlessly. Develops incentives to motivate the team and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience with work order management, and client relationship management. HVAC/R trade knowledge Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
