Location:
Larchmont, NY (1 candidate needed per location)Position Type:
Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)Salary:
$26,000- 32,000/year based on experience
Commitment:
Minimum 1-year commitment required About The Tiny Mess Club Created by educators and moms, The Tiny Mess Club brings hands-on sensory play to life in a clean, vibrant, and welcoming environment. Every detail in our studios—from custom sensory stations to daily operations—is crafted with care. As we expand across Pleasantville and Larchmont, we are seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining our high standards and supporting our studio community. Role Overview We are seeking two proactive, high-energy, and exceptionally detail-oriented Studio Supervisors —one dedicated to our Pleasantville location and one to our Larchmont location. Our Studio Supervisors help keep each clubhouse running smoothly day to day. You'll support staff, oversee supplies and organization, maintain our studio standards, assist families, and help ensure the space is always safe, welcoming, beautiful, and ready for play. This is a highly hands-on role, and a significant portion of your time will be spent actively organizing, cleaning, resetting, and maintaining the studio—not simply overseeing others doing the work. You'll also provide customer support, assist with light administrative tasks, and have the flexibility to support either location when needed.Key Responsibilities Studio Operations & Team Support:
Help oversee the day-to-day flow of the studio, identify what needs attention, and jump in wherever needed. Support team members during busy sessions, class transitions, parties, and weekend events while helping ensure our expectations for safety, setup, efficiency, and customer experience are consistently met.Staff Onboarding & Standards:
Train and support studio team members on Tiny Mess Club expectations, including station setup, cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, organization, and efficient transitions between classes and events.Customer Hospitality & On-Site Support:
Be a warm, approachable presence for families in the clubhouse. Assist parents and caregivers, troubleshoot on-site needs, and respond to general studio emails and customer inquiries as needed.Organization & Inventory Control:
Maintain an exceptional level of organization throughout the studio. Sort and restock materials, monitor supplies, pack and rotate seasonal items, and keep shelves, storage areas, and backrooms tidy, functional, and easy for the team to navigate.Deep Cleaning, Sanitizing & Studio Resets:
Take an active, hands-on role in keeping the clubhouse exceptionally clean. Tackle cleaning beyond our regular between-class routines, including hard-to-reach areas, buildup from daily sensory play, detailed sanitizing, and ongoing studio resets. Recognize what needs immediate attention and what should be incorporated into a regular deep-cleaning schedule.Facility Upkeep & Minor Repairs:
Notice and address small issues before they become bigger ones. Assemble equipment, complete basic repairs, address everyday wear and tear, and help maintain a safe, polished, and well-cared-for environment.Requirements & Qualifications Loves Cleaning & Organizing:
You get genuine satisfaction from taking a messy, high-energy space and making it spotless, organized, and refreshed.High Stamina & Physically Active:
You prefer being on your feet and moving. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, scrubbing, and carrying heavy tubs/props throughout your shift.Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated:
You notice the small details that others miss (dust, misplaced toys, smudges) and take initiative without needing step-by-step supervision.Fast-Paced & Efficient:
You work quickly under time constraints to reset whole rooms between back-to-back studio sessions.Handy & Resourceful:
Comfortable assembling furniture, using basic tools, and fixing minor studio issues independently.Tech-Savvy & Communication:
Reliable smartphone capable of downloading team communication/scheduling apps and handling basic email support.Transportation & Flexibility:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel between/cover shifts at both our Pleasantville and Larchmont studio locations as business needs arise.Commitment:
