Assistant Facilities Maintenance Manager - Newburgh Campus The Assistant Facilities Maintenance Manager, Newburgh Campus, will be responsible for the daily operations of the Maintenance Department in Newburgh, including (but not limited to) supervising staff and overseeing contracted services. The Assistant Facilities Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Executive Director of the Newburgh Campus to ensure campus facilities and operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is classified as essential and may be required to work during Winter and Spring break as well as during weather related emergencies.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of Facilities management experience; OR an Associate's degree and 3 years of Facilities management experience; OR 5 years of Facilities management experience. Familiarity with building operating systems. Three or more years' supervisory experience. Computer literate. Valid NYS Driver's License. Familiarity with OSHA and safety issues.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, all College employees and the public. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks. Bilingual skills.

Salary:
$47,764 to $63,287 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a Staff & Chair, Grade 40, 12 month position.
