Job Description
Maintenance ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment while leading a talented maintenance team. This role is essential in maintaining production efficiency and reducing downtime through effective maintenance strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement maintenance strategies for high-speed manufacturing equipment.
Supervise and lead maintenance staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Oversee maintenance projects, including mechanical line changeovers and equipment upgrades.
Utilize CMMS maintenance systems to track maintenance activities and optimize workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to address equipment issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
QualificationsProven experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
Experience with high-speed manufacturing, packaging, and bottling operations is a plus.
Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and industrial controls.
Solid background in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Experience using CMMS maintenance systems to manage maintenance activities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
