With approximately 32 properties that include over 6,000 apartments, Goldfarb Properties is a family-owned and managed business, offering the finest and newly renovated apartments across five diverse regions. A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in plumbing work, electrical repairs, and general maintenance, and at least 5 years in a supervisory position. You will be responding to residents' maintenance needs, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, and supervising porters and contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry is important. Experience with snow removal and driving a plow truck is a plus. Requirements On-call 24/7 Electrical experience Plumbing experience Must own all necessary tools Ability to successfully snake and clear a drain. Troubleshoot a boiler. Computer literate.
