A Niagara Falls manufacturing facility seeks a Supervisor to lead a team of millwrights and electricians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance operations. This position coordinates daily maintenance activities, responds to equipment breakdowns, manages priorities, and supports preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead millwrights and electricians in responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs Prioritize daily work based on production and facility requirements Recommend equipment repairs, rebuilds, and improvements Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and to established standards Partner with the Maintenance Manager and Production Superintendent to develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules Inspect equipment, create work orders, and identify opportunities for improvement Work with plant engineers on equipment and process improvements Train skilled trades personnel on proper inspection and maintenance procedures Ensure accurate documentation of inspections and repairs Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and safety inspections Compensation & Benefits Offering competitive pay based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including subsidized medical and dental insurance, a retirement plan, company-paid life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, family-friendly leave policies, and career development opportunities.
